Conditions for Return:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a return, customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the parcel. The video should:
Start before breaking the seal.
Show the full package and shipping label before unboxing.
Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
Clearly display the damaged or broken item upon opening.
Timeframe for Reporting: The unboxing video must be sent to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Product Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging when reporting the issue.
Approval & Resolution: Once our team reviews the video and confirms the damage, we will process a replacement or refund based on stock availability.
Non-Eligibility for Return:
Claims made without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with will not qualify for a return.
